1. Return Window
You can return any unused and unwashed items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Items that are damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale items or clearance items.
- Custom or personalized products.
4. How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns Center at cultshit.shop/refund_returns/ or
- Contact our customer service team at helpme@cultshit.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
5. Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us.
You will receive a store credit to place a new order for the desired item.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We will offer a full refund or exchange, including any return shipping costs.
9. International Returns
For international returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and customs duties.
